We all face difficult times. It is only the grace of God that gives strength to endure. Presidians celebrated Eid with traditional fervor and gaiety.They depicted the importance of the festival through a speech. Students sensitised the audience to respect all religions and faiths. They also gave a gleaming dance performance and culminated the assembly with a beautiful poem.

Being told you were appreciated is the most simple and uplifting thing one can hear. Appreciation Day was one such day where all the teachers planned various activities to make our students feel special and acknowledged them for all the good things they do. Grade 2 children celebrated Appreciation Day by showing gratitude towards the helper staff. They made beautiful badges and wrote thanking messages on them. This activity inculcated kindness and gratitude in our children, and being empathetic towards them. Students of Grade 1 shared the importance of books and realized that they must take care of their books. They expressed their regards and appreciated their books by making attractive bookmarks and writing beautiful messages on them. Grade 3 students were given appreciation coupons which offered various 

An adjective is a word that modifies a noun or a pronoun. Every adjective has three degrees which express the intensity of adjective in increasing order, for example, big-bigger-biggest. Comparative degree shows property of one thing in comparison to only one thing. Words like ‘than’ and ‘to’ are used for this. A superlative adjective is used to show a property of one thing in comparison to many other things. A superlative degree expresses highest intensity. An activity related to degrees of adjectives was conducted in grade 4 where students related different sentences with the degrees of adjectives using concrete objects.

With monsoon hitting North India a little earlier this year, it was a sigh of relief from the heat for the people. Rains that bring down the temperatures & increase the joy but they are also the prime cause of diseases that arise due to stagnant water. Dengue being the most vital of all. Students of grade 6 carried out Monsoon & Dengue Awareness at Pitampura branch. They highlighted on the causes, symptoms and prevention of dengue fever. Dengue being one of the most chronic diseases of the modern age, awareness regarding it specially in monsoon season was utmost required to keep the children and their family in good & healthy state.  

In the school setting, it is critically important that we celebrate and recognize the outstanding things that students accomplish, both inside and outside of the building. Watching students grow and accomplish their goals is one of the main reasons most go into education. At Presidium, a variety of programs and traditions recognize and support student accomplishments.  Each year, Presidium holds Chairperson Hounours Ceremony, which celebrates students’ achievements in all areas, including the arts, music, physical education, world languages, and any other elective offerings. This year’s event was also an effort to promote a positive culture within the school. Academic achievement is important for the successful development of young people in society. Students who do well in school are better able to make the transition into adulthood. At Presidium we value the year long efforts of students, teachers and parents by honouring the brilliant holistic result holders. Our respected Sudha Ma'am awarded the Overall achievers, subject specific achiever and also the students who had 100 % attendance in the entire session at the grand Academic Excellence Awards. The ceremony not only acknowledged their efforts but also motivated them to aim for the stars.

'Leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality'.The Investiture ceremony of Presidium Pitampura for the session 2019-20 was held with great pomp and dignity in a special ceremony. The event was presided over by the honourable Chairperson Mrs.Sudha Gupta. It was conducted with the high degree of earnestness and passion.The ceremony signified the reliance and confidence that the school consigns in the newly invested office bearers. The elected Leaders’ profiles were called on the stage and were conferred with badges and sashes by Honourable Chairperson Sudha ma'am. Donning the mantle of accountability, they also pledged to bestow their duties to the best of their abilities. The chairperson congratulated them and admonished them to be impartial and honest in discharging their duties. She reminded them that with position comes responsibility towards themselves, their school and peers and struggles help one to achieve heights.

Global tiger day often called as International Tiger Day is an annual celebration to raise awareness for tiger conservation. Students of Presidium Pitampura held an assembly by raising their voice and doing their bit. They shared various reasons as to why the Lord of jungles is on the verge of extinction. They also exchanged solutions through which we can protect our magnificent Tigers. A melodious song on Save Tigers was also sung by grade 1 students .

On 26 July 1999, India successfully took command of the high outposts which had been lost to Pakistani intruders. 26 July is celebrated as Kargil Vijay Diwas in India. Students of Presidium Pitampura held an assembly to pay tribute to the brave soldiers of this mission. A heart touching skit showing the unconditional love of soldiers for the nation was performed by our proud patriots.It was followed by a dance performance by children of grade 3. The students expressed their pride in belonging to such a wonderful nation and thanked the armed forces for safeguarding it against all odds.
