Money is everywhere! Children encounter money and economic lessons in their everyday lives.

The objective of this activity is to make children identify notes and coins and make combinations.To build their understanding on this concept, students were given hands-on experience. For this, students were given fake currency in pairs. They identified and compared the value of notes and coins. They also counted the amount of money given to them. Afterwards, students were given the same value to make different combinations using different notes and coins. They came up with different combinations and kept writing all of them. They were very excited to see many of the combinations were the same in different groups as the amount given was the same. The combination that was new to the group was their immediate learning.
